Oldham Court, SOLD TWICE!

Flashback to the Summer of 2020...Covid lockdowns, life challenges, new normals, and the Hatcher Team navigating a different real estate landscape.  But, business had to go on.

The Hatcher Team was a little ahead of the curve in that we had been with a cloud-based brokerage for several years and were already set up to do business virtually.  However, Covid forced us to fully embrace everything that meant and use some new tools and technology.  We marketed this listing aggressively on the internet, performed virtual showings, and ensured that all in-person showings were as “sanitized” as possible. 

Lisa was the listing agent for this beautiful Williamsburg home on Oldham Court in the Wellington neighborhood.  Even with all the challenges, we had this home under contract within a few days and closed the sale shortly after for the full asking price of $450K.  The buyer’s agent was great to deal with, which made the process all that much smoother.  The buyers and sellers were happy!

Fast forward about 4 years, and one of our past clients had just referred a family to us that needed to buy a home in Williamsburg.  Lisa spent the next few weeks searching and looking at homes with them, and while they didn’t find any that checked all the boxes, Lisa got a pretty good feel of what they liked and didn’t like.
