The Hatcher Team is led by ICON agent Lisa Hatcher, along with her husband Greg who handles marketing duties. Both have been involved with real estate since 2001, so they have a wealth of knowledge and experience. Lisa is also fluent in Spanish, so that helps to cater to a larger segment of the population where they have a strong following. The Hatchers are also experienced in home renovation and home staging.

Previously, Lisa was a high school Spanish teacher and assisted Greg with real estate. They also owned and managed a residential contracting business for 12 years...and prior to that they were both tennis professionals when they met in the early 1990's. Lisa graduated from Boston University in 1988 and Greg from Old Dominion University in 1991. The Hatchers raised their 3 children in Williamsburg, Virginia where they currently live and specialize in helping people buy, sell, and invest in residential real estate. Se habla español

Their daughter (Kassidy) has been helping in the office with various duties (administrative, marketing, and transaction coordination) while also earning her real estate license to become a full-time Hatcher Team field agent. The team is rapidly growing with currently three other team agents, as well. The Hatchers have plans to add more agents in the near future, as well as expand to new service areas.
