Before launching her full-time real estate career, Lisa was a high school Spanish teacher and co-owned a successful residential contracting business for 12 years with her husband, Greg. That hands-on experience with home renovation, staging, and design has become one of her biggest assets when helping clients prepare homes for the market or envision the possibilities in a new one.

When she’s not with clients, Lisa loves gardening at the family’s homestead, playing tennis or pickleball, working on DIY home projects, or simply enjoying a glass of wine on the deck with the sun on her face. She and Greg raised three children in Williamsburg, VA, where she still lives and specializes in helping buyers and sellers throughout Williamsburg, York County, New Kent, West Point, Surry, Gloucester, and the surrounding areas.

Lisa now works side-by-side with her daughter, Kassidy, as a mother-daughter real estate team who brings generational insight, strong community ties, and top-tier service to every transaction.
